Dato’ Yapri Kamaruzaman Bin Kushairi is a visionary leader and the driving force behind KBMB’s success. With extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, and cooperative management, he has played a pivotal role in transforming KBMB into one of Malaysia’s leading cooperatives.

He is a chartered accountant and holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia (2011). Prior to leading KBMB, he served as the Chairman of Koperasi Pegawai-Pegawai Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur Berhad and was an internal auditor for the Mayor's Office in Kuala Lumpur. 

Under his leadership, KBMB has expanded its services in finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship, ensuring that members benefit from sustainable growth and innovative solutions. His commitment to transparency, integrity, and community empowerment continues to guide the cooperative towards new heights.

Dato Ismail holds a M.Sc. Management Science from the University of Missouri, USA. In addition, he has a degree in Bsc. Quantitative Business Analysis from the University of Indiana, USA.

Dato Ismail has an illustrious career and extensive experience of more than 30 years in domain expertise in the IT solutions and project management for the financial service industry. One of his achievement milestones is to promote RAB 250million IRPS (Islamic Redeemable Preference Shares).

His relevant Academic Credentials & strategic leadership roles in managing complex mega millions in total integrated solutions has given KopBandarayacompetitive advantage in the industry.

En. Ahmad Fauzi holds a certificate in Chartered Management Accountant and a Diploma in Business from UITM, Shah Alam.

En. Ahmad has an experience of more than 20 years in domain expertise and project management for the financial service industry.
